- 1 ingqayi cream
- 70 gr. iiamangile eziqhotsiweyo
- 100 ml. iwayini emhlophe

- Ukulungiselela i-tenderloin kwi-sauce ye-almond kunye ne-cream, siqala ixesha leeqhekeza zenyama.
- Sibeka umgubo kwi-plate kwaye sidlulise zonke iifayili ze-loin ngomgubo.
- Sithatha i-casserole kwaye sibeke i-jet yeoli ukutshisa phezu kobushushu obuphezulu, yongeza iziqwenga ze-loin kunye ne-brown kubo kumacala omabini, susa kwaye ugcine.
- Siyinqumle i-anyanisi encinci kakhulu, siyifake kwi-pan efanayo apho sifake khona inyama.
- Sinqunqa ii-almonds kwi-mincer de zibe zicolile kwaye ziphantse zibe phantsi.
- Yongeza iwayini emhlophe, mayinciphise.
